This website allows access to IBQ program for quota allocation and management. The IBQ program is intended to limit and track bluefin tuna landings and discards and provide fishermen with incentives to avoid bluefin tuna interactions. IBQ share and/or vessel account holders can access their respective accounts and manage their IBQ from this system.
